Music City Cats provides a professional pet sitting for your cats. We offer a wide variety of services to meet the specific needs of you and your cat. We are reliable, trustworthy, flexible and put your cat's needs as our top priority.

 With Music City Cats your cat stays in its own familiar secure environment where all the sights, smells and sounds say "my home"! Your cats are more comfortable with their regular routine, diet and exercise. Travel stress can upset your cat. Cat parents also have to schedule those trips around an already busy schedule. With a cat sitter, your cat is not exposed to the illness of other animals nor required to have additional shots. Close observation by a sitter often catches illness or injury early. Your cat receives one on one observation, pampering, love and attention while you are away. You won't be inconvenienced or rushed by transporting your cat away from the safety of its own home. Cats are safe and comfortable when you return home. No need to impose on a friend, neighbor or relative to care for your cat. We also provide additional home services while caring for your cat, such as watering plants, bringing in papers, mail, and packages

Before service is started, we typically set up an orientation, in which one of our associates will meet with you at your home to discuss your cat(s) care routine as well as collect any necessary information such as an emergency contact and/or veterinarian information. This brief “meet and greet” allows us to make sure all details are discussed prior to starting service for the first time. There is no charge or obligation for the Meet & Greet.
Absolutely, many clients leave keys with their building personnel or have us check-out keys during our visit.  You will need to notify your office that we have your permission to access your apt / condo
​Yes, we are insured and bonded through Mourer-Foster Insurance Agency. Our policy is with The Hartford Insurance Company,  
Sure, we’d be happy for you to speak with our clients about their experience with our service.
We will send an invoice 3 days before the first visit.  You can pay directly from the invoice, or through the client portal under the "Invoices" tab anytime.

We strive for continuity for the benefit of both your cat and our pet sitter, as it is our experience that keeping your cat in the care of the same person/people provides for a more comfortable visit and experience for the cat and sitter as both learn each other's nuances, personality, and behaviors. However, in the event of emergencies, sick or vacation days, We reserve the right to send a replacement pet sitter. You can rest assured knowing that all our pet sitters are subjected to background checks and are trained on our pet care standards and introduced by one of our pet sitters familiar with your cat’s and her routine before they care for client cat themselves.

Although we cannot guarantee that we’ll have availability, we have a pretty good track record for accepting appointments, even on the same day. Also, with our online booking system, we give clients the opportunity book pet sitting service with just 24-hours prior notice. If pet sitting service is ever needed with less than 24-hours notice, we simply ask to be contacted via telephone. 

​Absolutely; we actually require that you meet with us before any services rendered to ensure that your cat is the right fit for Music City Cats and that we are the right fit for you and your cat!

We send an email and text update every visit.  Each update includes GPS start and finish times, a message, and plenty of pictures!

You can cancel trips or visits Anytime. You will only be charged if you cancel a visit on the same it is scheduled, and only for that day.  To cancel a scheduled visit please make the request via the Client Portal.

We will provide you with a lockbox for your keys.  With our lockbox system you are in control of your keys...like it should be

We understand that medications are needed at times and are happy to help to the best of our ability. Since we are not vet techs, we have some limitations with medications that can’t be administered in food.  If you contact us, we could talk further to see if we’re able to accommodate your pet’s medical situation.  The 15 min Basic service is NOT an option for cats requiring medication of any kind

We are available for all holidays.  There is a $5 per visit charge for the following days.  100% of the holiday charge goes to the sitter

We ask that new client Meet & Greets are held one week before the first day of the holiday period.  Existing clients can schedule online up to two days before the first day of the holiday.

Our wonderful and talented cat sitters receive all of the holiday surcharges.

YES!  The second visit is only available for the 30 min or 1 hour options.

Once we start services we do visits every day.  For insurance reasons, while your cats are in our care we do not share the responsibilities with friends, family, or other pet sitting companys
